Templates
If you post the same shape of thing regularly — a weekly roundup, a product drop, a Friday question — save it once as a template and start from it next time.
Write the post, then open Templates → Save current as template. It's available in every future composer session.
Tags
Tags label posts so you can find them later. They're workspace-wide, so a tag you create in the composer is immediately available when filtering the calendar or the post list.
