Creator Partner Program Terms

How the PostDaily Creator Partner Program works — referrals, discounts, recurring commission, payouts, and the rules Creator Partners follow. We have tried to keep them clear and straightforward.

Last updated 7 September 2026~12 min read
Earn 20% of net subscription revenue, recurring, on customers you refer. Referrals track for 60 days, commission becomes payable after 30 days, and we pay monthly once your balance reaches $50. These terms sit alongside the main PostDaily Terms of Service.

1. About these Terms

These PostDaily Creator Partner Program Terms ("Partner Terms") govern participation in the PostDaily Creator Partner Program (the "Program"). By applying to the Program and, if approved, taking part as a Creator Partner, you agree to these Partner Terms.

They apply alongside the general PostDaily Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy where relevant.

If you are taking part on behalf of a company, agency or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Partner Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree to them, you must not take part in the Program.

Where PostDaily and a Creator Partner agree separate written commercial terms — a custom commission rate, for example — those specifically agreed terms apply in addition to these Partner Terms. If the two conflict, the specifically agreed arrangement takes priority for the matter it covers.

2. About PostDaily

PostDaily is operated by Galaxyway AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15966090) with its registered office at 18 Holly Hill Road, Erith, Kent DA8 1QD, United Kingdom.

In these Partner Terms, "PostDaily", "we", "us" and "our" mean Galaxyway AI Ltd operating the PostDaily service and the Creator Partner Program.

3. Eligibility

The Program is open to approved individuals, creators, businesses and organisations — content creators, influencers, YouTubers, bloggers, social media educators, marketing professionals and agencies, web designers, business consultants and coaches, entrepreneurs, community operators, and others we consider suitable.

Individual Creator Partners must normally be at least 18 years old, or otherwise have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement in their country of residence.

You must provide accurate information when you apply. You must not give false information about:

  • your identity or your business;
  • your audience, social media accounts, websites or traffic;
  • your promotional activities;
  • your country or location; or
  • any other material information we ask for as part of your application.

4. Applying and Approval

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We may approve an application, reject one, ask for more information, ask you to clarify your proposed promotional activities, or decline without being required to give detailed reasons.

Participation begins only once we confirm that your application has been approved. Approval is personal to the approved Creator Partner or organisation and may not be transferred to anyone else without our written permission.

5. Your Partner Relationship with PostDaily

Taking part in the Program creates an independent promotional relationship between you and PostDaily. You are not an employee of PostDaily or Galaxyway AI Ltd, an agent authorised to enter into contracts for us, a legal representative, a franchisee, or a joint venture partner.

Nothing in these Partner Terms gives you authority to:

  • enter into agreements or make legally binding promises on PostDaily's behalf;
  • collect payments on our behalf;
  • represent that you own PostDaily, or that you work for us unless we separately employ you; or
  • make warranties or guarantees on PostDaily's behalf.

The relationship is non-exclusive. You are free to promote other products and services, provided doing so does not breach these Partner Terms or create a misleading impression about PostDaily.

7. Customer Discounts

The standard Creator Partner promotion gives qualifying new customers 20% off their first paid subscription payment. Unless a particular campaign says otherwise, it applies to the customer's first qualifying subscription payment, whether they choose a monthly or an annual subscription — so on an annual plan it applies to that first annual payment.

The discount normally applies to the first qualifying payment only. Later renewals are charged at the applicable standard price unless another valid promotion applies.

Code expiry and discount duration are different things. A promotional code may have a period during which it can be redeemed — "valid until 30 September", say. That is separate from what the discount does once it has been redeemed. The applicable discount is the one shown for the relevant Partner campaign at the time the customer signs up.

We may create different discount amounts, expiry dates or promotional arrangements for particular Creator Partners or campaigns.

8. Referral Tracking and Attribution

We normally track qualifying referrals for up to 60 days. The period begins when someone follows a valid Creator Partner referral link, where the necessary referral tracking is available. Tracking may use cookies or similar storage and attribution technologies, in line with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and applicable law.

A code used at checkout takes priority. If someone follows one Creator Partner's link but then enters and successfully uses a different valid Creator Partner code at checkout, the code actually used to complete the transaction wins.

Otherwise the most recent link wins. If someone follows more than one valid referral link and does not enter a different code at checkout, the most recent valid referral attribution before signup normally receives credit.

Attribution attaches at the first payment. Once the customer's first successful qualifying subscription payment completes, attribution is attached to that subscription. Commission then continues on qualifying renewal payments for as long as that subscription stays active and you remain eligible under the Program.

Our tracking and transaction records are normally what determine attribution. If tracking information is unavailable, blocked, deleted, or cannot reasonably establish the referral, we may be unable to attribute the transaction to a Creator Partner.

9. Qualifying Customers and Subscriptions

Creator Partner discounts and commissions are intended for new qualifying PostDaily paid subscriptions. A Qualifying Customer is generally a new customer whose eligible subscription can reasonably and validly be attributed to an approved Creator Partner.

Existing active PostDaily subscriptions are not normally eligible for Creator Partner discounts or new commission attribution. We may occasionally run a separate promotion that lets existing customers take part; where we do, that campaign's terms apply.

The following do not normally qualify as new Creator Partner revenue:

  • an existing active customer adding a Partner Code to their existing subscription;
  • self-referrals, and accounts owned or controlled by the Creator Partner;
  • duplicate or fraudulent customer accounts, and test transactions;
  • transactions created primarily to generate commission;
  • refunded transactions, chargebacks and payment reversals; and
  • transactions resulting from prohibited promotional activity.

We reserve the right to determine whether a transaction is a qualifying referral, based on reasonable evidence and Program records.

10. Net Subscription Revenue

Commission is calculated on Net Subscription Revenue: qualifying subscription fees actually received by PostDaily, after discounts and credits, and excluding applicable taxes, refunds, chargebacks and payment reversals.

Ordinary payment-processing fees are not deducted when calculating your commission.

Worked example. A subscription lists at $10. The customer uses your code and receives 20% off, so they pay $8 and Net Subscription Revenue is $8. At the standard 20% rate, your commission is $1.60.

Where a payment is only partly refunded, the related commission may be reduced proportionately.

11. Commission Rates

The standard Creator Partner commission rate is 20% of qualifying Net Subscription Revenue.

We may agree different rates with selected Creator Partners — up to 30%, or another amount specifically agreed in writing where we choose to create a special Partner arrangement or campaign. A custom rate applies only once we have confirmed it.

Your applicable rate may be shown in your approval email, in your Partner Dashboard, in a written Partner agreement, or in a specific campaign offer.

12. Recurring Commission

Creator Partner commission is designed to recur. You can earn on the first qualifying subscription payment and on subsequent qualifying renewal payments — the first payment, and every qualifying renewal after it.

Commission normally continues for as long as:

  • the qualifying attributed subscription remains active;
  • PostDaily receives qualifying subscription payments;
  • you remain eligible to receive commission under these Partner Terms; and
  • the Program remains in operation.

There is no standard 12-month cutoff and no fixed number of qualifying renewals. No commission is generated for a period in which PostDaily does not actually receive a qualifying subscription payment.

13. Trials and Free Plans

Signing up for PostDaily does not by itself generate commission. A referred user may register, use a Free plan, or start a free trial where one is available, and still generate $0 commission until PostDaily receives a qualifying paid subscription payment.

Where the selected subscription includes a free trial, commission is generated only when the customer's first successful qualifying paid subscription payment completes. If they cancel before making a qualifying payment, no commission is earned.

14. Cancellations and Returning Customers

Commission continues while the qualifying attributed subscription remains active and qualifying payments continue to be received. If the customer cancels that subscription, commission entitlement for that subscription ends.

Returning through another Creator Partner. If the customer later creates a new qualifying subscription through another approved Creator Partner's valid referral link or code, the new subscription may be attributed to that new Creator Partner.

Returning without a Creator Partner. If they return independently, with no valid referral link or code, no new Creator Partner attribution normally applies. A previous Creator Partner does not automatically regain attribution after a subscription has been cancelled.

15. Refunds, Chargebacks and Payment Reversals

Commission is only payable on valid subscription revenue that PostDaily ultimately retains. If a qualifying customer payment is refunded, charged back, reversed, cancelled or identified as fraudulent, the associated commission may be reduced or cancelled.

Before commission is paid. If the payment is refunded or reversed before the related commission has been paid, that commission is normally cancelled or adjusted.

After commission has been paid. If we have already paid and the corresponding customer payment is later refunded, charged back or reversed, the amount may be deducted from your future commission balance. We do not normally ask a Creator Partner to repay an ordinary commission reversal where future earnings can reasonably be adjusted instead.

That does not prevent us from seeking repayment or taking other appropriate action where fraud, deliberate manipulation or serious abuse is involved.

16. Commission Status and Holding Period

Commission normally moves through three stages: Pending → Payable → Paid.

  • Pending — commission becomes pending once we have successfully received the related qualifying customer payment.
  • Payable — pending commission normally becomes payable after 30 days, provided the underlying payment has not been refunded, reversed, charged back or otherwise found to be invalid.
  • Paid — once commission has cleared the holding period and you have reached the payout threshold, it may be included in the next scheduled payout.

The 30-day holding period exists to allow time for refunds, payment issues and fraud checks. Where we reasonably need to investigate suspected fraud, abuse, payment irregularities or an attribution dispute, commission or a payout may stay on hold for longer while that review is completed.

17. Partner Dashboard

Approved Creator Partners may receive access to a private PostDaily Partner Dashboard. It may show:

  • referral link clicks;
  • sign-ups, sign-ups that have not yet made a qualifying payment, and paying customers;
  • conversion rate;
  • commission earned, pending, payable and paid, and your current balance;
  • previous payouts; and
  • your referral code and referral link.

Customer privacy. Creator Partners are not shown information about individual referred customers — no names, email addresses, phone numbers, billing details, connected social accounts or other personally identifiable information. Partner reporting uses aggregated statistics.

Dashboard figures may occasionally be delayed or adjusted because of refunds, payment processing, fraud review, attribution corrections or technical processing. The final commission calculation is based on our underlying billing, referral and payment records. If you believe your dashboard contains an error, please contact us so we can investigate.

18. Payouts

Payouts are normally processed monthly, during the first week of the month, once your payable balance reaches $50 USD. Only commission that has become Payable counts towards that threshold.

A payable balance below $50 normally rolls forward into the following month until the minimum is reached.

We currently support payouts by PayPal and direct bank transfer. Which methods are available may depend on your country, banking and payment-provider availability, and compliance requirements. All payouts are calculated and issued in USD.

You are responsible for giving us accurate and valid payment information. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details you supplied.

Final payout after a partnership ends. Where participation ends without fraud or prohibited activity and a legitimate payable balance below $50 remains, we will normally arrange a final payout once the applicable holding periods have ended, refund and chargeback adjustments are complete, and any reasonable fraud or payment review has finished.

19. Taxes and Payment Charges

Creator Partners are responsible for determining and paying any income tax, corporation tax, VAT, sales tax, social contributions, reporting requirements or other taxes and liabilities that apply to their Creator Partner income. PostDaily does not provide individual tax advice.

Where required by law we may ask for reasonable information or documentation needed to process or report payments, and we may deduct or withhold an amount from a payout where we are legally required to do so.

PayPal fees, banking fees, intermediary-bank fees and currency-conversion fees may apply. These are normally the Creator Partner's responsibility.

20. Partner Advertising and Disclosure

Creator Partners must promote PostDaily honestly, transparently, and in line with applicable advertising and consumer-protection laws and rules. Where your promotion creates an affiliate or commercial relationship that must be disclosed, you must tell your audience clearly. For example: "Ad — I may earn a commission when you subscribe using my PostDaily link or code."

That is an example only. You remain responsible for meeting the advertising and disclosure requirements that apply to your country, platform, advertisement, audience and promotional activity.

Where a disclosure is required, it should be:

  • clear, prominent and easy to understand;
  • visible before or alongside the promotional claim; and
  • not hidden among hashtags or lengthy text.

You must not attempt to conceal the fact that you may receive commission from a PostDaily referral.

21. Prohibited Activities

To protect customers, Creator Partners and PostDaily, the following are prohibited unless we give express written permission.

  • Self-referral — using your own link or code for your own subscription, an account you control, or a business account you directly control where the transaction is primarily intended to create commission.
  • Coupon and deal websites — publishing or submitting your code to coupon, voucher or deal websites or discount-code directories.
  • Paid search and brand bidding — bidding on paid-search keywords using "PostDaily", "Post Daily", misspellings, PostDaily-branded keywords, or other wording designed to impersonate official PostDaily advertising.
  • Misleading claims — false or misleading statements about our features, pricing, discounts, supported platforms, performance, availability, results, guarantees or future features.
  • Impersonation — representing yourself as PostDaily, Galaxyway AI Ltd, an official employee, or an authorised representative beyond your genuine Creator Partner status.
  • Misleading domains and accounts — websites, social profiles, domains or advertisements that could reasonably mislead people into believing they are official PostDaily properties.
  • Spam — unlawful unsolicited bulk email or SMS, spam, automated unsolicited messages, or other unlawful direct marketing.
  • Artificial traffic and manipulation — bots, automated or forced clicks, fake traffic, fake accounts or transactions, click farms, attribution manipulation, cookie stuffing, hidden redirects, or similar techniques.
  • Misleading reviews — creating fake reviews, paying for undisclosed fake reviews, falsely claiming personal experience with features you have not used, or presenting advertising as independent editorial content where disclosure is required.

Any attempt to manipulate the Program primarily to generate commission rather than genuine customer referrals is prohibited.

22. Use of the PostDaily Brand

Approved Creator Partners may refer to PostDaily and use approved PostDaily marketing materials solely to promote the Program legitimately. That permission is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable.

You must not:

  • claim ownership of the PostDaily name or logo, or register PostDaily trademarks or confusingly similar names;
  • alter PostDaily branding in a misleading way, or use it to impersonate us;
  • suggest that PostDaily endorses unrelated products or services; or
  • create official-looking PostDaily websites or accounts without permission.

All rights in the PostDaily name, branding, website, software and marketing materials remain owned by Galaxyway AI Ltd or its licensors. We may ask you to stop using particular branding or marketing material, and you must comply within a reasonable period.

23. Fraud, Manipulation and Abuse

We may review referrals, transactions and Partner activity to protect the Program from fraud and abuse — including unusually high conversion rates, duplicate accounts, repeated payment failures, suspicious traffic, self-referrals, artificial clicks, unusual refund or chargeback patterns, manipulated attribution, misuse of discount codes, and other activity reasonably suggesting Program abuse.

During an investigation we may temporarily hold commission or a payout, disable a Partner Code or link, restrict Dashboard access, or suspend the Creator Partner. Commission generated through confirmed fraud, prohibited activity, manipulation or abuse may be cancelled.

24. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate participation where a Creator Partner breaches these Partner Terms, engages in fraudulent activity or prohibited promotion, makes repeated misleading claims, damages or attempts to damage PostDaily or its users, manipulates referral attribution, creates material legal or regulatory risk, fails to provide information reasonably required to administer the Program, or otherwise seriously abuses the Program.

Where appropriate we may give you an opportunity to correct a minor breach first. Immediate suspension or termination may happen where the breach is serious or fraudulent, or creates significant legal, security or reputational risk.

After termination you must stop representing yourself as an active PostDaily Creator Partner; referral links and codes may be disabled; no new commission accrues after the effective termination point; fraudulent or prohibited commission may be cancelled; and private Dashboard access may be disabled.

Legitimately earned commission that is not connected to fraud, manipulation or prohibited activity remains subject to normal holding periods, refund and chargeback adjustments, payout review and these Partner Terms. We do not intend to cancel legitimate earned commission merely because a normal Partner relationship has ended.

25. Changes to the Program

We may change the Program from time to time — commission rates, customer discounts, referral periods, payout thresholds and methods, eligible subscriptions, Program and Dashboard features, promotional rules, or the structure of the Program itself. Where a change materially affects existing Creator Partners we will aim to give reasonable notice where practical.

Changes do not affect commission that has already become legitimately earned and Payable before the change takes effect, except where an adjustment is required because of a refund, chargeback, fraud, a calculation error or a legal requirement.

We may also discontinue the Program. Where practical we will give reasonable notice of a material Program closure. No new commission accrues after the effective termination of the Program unless we expressly state otherwise.

26. Privacy and Referral Tracking

We process personal information relating to Creator Partners in accordance with our Privacy Policy. That may include information needed for Partner applications, Program administration, referral attribution, commission calculations, fraud prevention, communication, payout processing, and legal and accounting obligations.

We may use cookies or similar storage and access technologies to help attribute referrals to Creator Partners; our use of these is explained in our Cookie Policy. Where applicable, referral tracking operates subject to the user's privacy choices and applicable legal requirements. Where automatic tracking is unavailable, customers may still be able to use a valid Creator Partner promotional code at checkout.

27. Confidentiality and Dashboard Security

Your private Partner Dashboard URL and any other private Partner access information must be treated as confidential. Anyone holding that link can see your Partner statistics, so do not share it publicly.

If you believe the link has become public, been compromised, or is accessible to an unauthorised person, please contact us promptly. We can invalidate the previous link and issue a new secure one, which stops the old link working immediately.

Non-public information we provide specifically to you — private commercial arrangements or custom commission rates, for example — should not be disclosed where we have clearly identified it as confidential. This does not prevent disclosure where required by law.

28. Intellectual Property

PostDaily, its software, website, visual design, logos, branding, content and associated intellectual property are owned by Galaxyway AI Ltd or its licensors. Nothing in these Partner Terms transfers ownership of PostDaily intellectual property to a Creator Partner.

Any permission to use PostDaily promotional materials exists only for legitimate participation in the Program and may end when your participation ends. Creator Partners keep ownership of their own original promotional content, subject to any rights they separately grant to us.

29. Disclaimers

Participation in the Program does not guarantee:

  • any particular number of referrals, level of commission, income or conversion rate;
  • continued availability of a particular promotion; or
  • continued availability of every PostDaily feature or third-party social network integration.

Creator Partner earnings depend on actual qualifying customer payments and on other factors outside our control. The Program and Partner Dashboard are provided on an "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

30. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Partner Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, PostDaily and Galaxyway AI Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from participation in the Program — including loss of anticipated commission, profits, business opportunities, audience, reputation or data — caused by events outside our reasonable control or by a Creator Partner's own promotional activities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising directly from the Program will not exceed the total Creator Partner commission paid or payable to the affected Creator Partner during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this section affects rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

31. Responsibility for Your Promotions

Creator Partners are responsible for the promotional content they create and publish. You are responsible for ensuring your promotions are lawful and accurate, do not infringe third-party rights, contain any required advertising disclosures, comply with the rules of the platform where they are published, and make no unauthorised promises on PostDaily's behalf.

You are responsible for losses, claims, penalties or reasonable costs caused by your fraud, deliberate misconduct, unlawful promotion or material breach of these Partner Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

32. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Partner Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over disputes relating to them — subject to any mandatory legal rights that apply in another jurisdiction and cannot lawfully be excluded.

Before beginning formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us so we can first try to resolve the matter reasonably.

33. General Terms

Entire agreement. These Partner Terms, together with any specifically agreed written Creator Partner arrangement and the PostDaily policies referenced in them, form the agreement relating to participation in the Program.

No waiver. If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Partner Terms, that does not mean we permanently waive the right to enforce it.

Severability. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

Transfer. Creator Partners may not transfer their participation or rights under these Partner Terms without our written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations where reasonably necessary as part of a corporate restructuring, merger, acquisition or transfer of the PostDaily business, subject to applicable law.

Headings. Section headings are there to make these Partner Terms easier to read and do not change their legal meaning.

34. Contact Us

If you have questions about your application, referral attribution, commission, payouts, your Partner Dashboard or these Partner Terms, please get in touch. You can also use the contact page and select "Creator partnership", or read more about the Creator Partner Program.
