Who runs it
PostDaily is operated by Galaxyway AI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15966090). The same people build the publishing engine behind every scheduled post and write the guides on the blog.
PostDaily is not connected to the other apps and sites called "Post Daily" or "Daily Post".
Why it exists
Showing up on social every day took far more tools, tabs and anxiety than it should, and the scheduler was often the least trustworthy part. Most treat publishing as an afterthought: a job that runs at the scheduled time and, when the network says no, fails without telling anyone.
PostDaily starts from the other end. The publishing engine came first, and everything else sits on top of it: the calendar, the automatic queue with a posting schedule per channel, the AI composer, client approvals with a no-login review link, and bulk upload from a spreadsheet.
What it posts to
10 networks are live today: Bluesky, Mastodon, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, YouTube and Pinterest. LinkedIn works today while LinkedIn reviews PostDaily's access, so it runs under lower limits until that is approved. A network is added only once its publishing works reliably, never listed early. How publishing stays reliable
Retries that know the difference
Each scheduled post runs as a durable workflow. A network that is briefly down or rate-limiting gets retried; a post the network rejects outright is not retried forever.
The network's own error, not ours
When a post does fail, the message the network sent back is kept on the post, so you can see what Facebook or Bluesky actually objected to.
A broken connection holds the queue
If a channel needs reconnecting, the posts queued behind it wait instead of failing one by one at their scheduled times. Reconnect and they carry on.
You hear about failures
A failed post or a channel that needs attention reaches you by email or in the app, depending on your notification settings.
Reliability first
A post scheduled is a post published, or an honest reason why not. No silent failures.
