Connect PostDaily to Claude

PostDaily is listed in Claude's connector directory, so you can add it on any Claude plan, Free included. Once it's connected, it works in Claude on the web, in Claude Desktop and in the Claude apps for iOS and Android.

Add PostDaily from the directory

   In Claude, open Customize → Connectors

   Or, in a chat, select +, hover over Connectors and choose Manage connectors.

   Select + next to Connectors and find PostDaily

   Search the directory for PostDaily and open its listing.

   Select Connect

   PostDaily opens in a new window. Sign in if it asks you to. If you last signed in more than a day ago, it asks again before it lets you grant access.

   Choose what Claude can do, then select Allow access

   Pick Full access, Drafts only or Read only, and tick the workspaces Claude may use. You're returned to Claude when you're done.

Turn it on in a chat

Claude uses a connector only when it's switched on for the conversation. Select + (or type /), hover over Connectors and switch PostDaily on. Then ask something simple to check it works, such as "List my PostDaily channels."

Things to ask

• "Write a post about our spring sale for Instagram and Facebook and add it to my queue."
• "What's scheduled for next week? Move Thursday's post to Friday at 10am."
• "Turn this article into a Bluesky thread and schedule it for tomorrow morning."
• "Which posts did best last month, and when do my channels get the most engagement?"

Photos and videos

Claude can't open files on your phone or computer by itself. Ask it for an upload link: it gives you a PostDaily link that opens your media library in the right workspace. Upload your images, videos or PDFs there, tell Claude you're done, and it attaches them to the post. It can also add an image from a public web address.

Team, Enterprise and custom connectors

• Team and Enterprise: an Owner adds connectors for the organisation in Organization settings → Connectors. Members then open Customize → Connectors and select Connect next to PostDaily.
• Adding it as a custom connector: in Customize → Connectors, select + Add, then Add custom connector. Name it PostDaily, paste https://mcp.postdaily.app/mcp, select Continue, keep the default sign-in settings and select Add.
• On Claude Free you can add only one custom connector, so use the directory listing instead. It doesn't count towards that limit.

Disconnect Claude

In PostDaily, open Settings → AI agents and select Disconnect next to Claude. It stops working on its next request. Removing the connector in Claude hides it there, but disconnecting in PostDaily is what revokes its access.
