Reading the analytics page, and what each network reports.

Analytics pulls your Facebook numbers straight from Meta's insights and stores a daily snapshot, so you can see how a post performed over time rather than only right now.

  • Impressions — reflecting Meta's newer views-based reporting.
  • Reach — unique accounts that saw the post.
  • Video views — for video posts and Reels.
  • Reactions, comments and shares.

Use the date range to compare periods, or switch to the Posts and Audience tabs for a per-post breakdown and follower growth.

What Facebook doesn't report

Not every network exposes every metric. Rather than showing a zero that reads like bad performance, PostDaily tells you when a number simply isn't available — and the availability button explains exactly what this network reports.

Exporting

Export sends the current view to CSV — useful for a monthly report or your own spreadsheet.
